Veil from Astrofest

Hi all,

How much fun is Astrofest - it was my first real chance to play with my new Canon 60Da, think I'll keep it.

Here are 2 shots of the Veil area, each is about 2.5 hrs of 15 minute subs. When I processed on the laptop I was quite happy considering how much time I didn't spend but now I look on a big screen monitor I can see that there is more work to do but what the hey.

Taken through a Skywatcher ED80, processed in DSS and PS.

You've done well young Buddster. The 60Da looks to be an awesome piece of kit.
If only there weren't so many stars in the FOV so the neb would stand out more eh.
