Single untouched image of the Lagoon Neb. exposed 5 min @ iso 1000.
using my Canon 5D mk ll prime on my 12 inch f/5. About 11 mb only.

That's great for a single sub. You should stack a few of them and you ought to get a good result.

Great work.

I was looking for an image to try a photoshop technique I had read about, so I tried it on your jpeg.

Don't know if it looks any better but it was fun to play with. The upload crushes the image a bit for some reason and makes it look oversharpened, but I was just interested to see if more detail was lurking, even in a jpeg.
