NGC3324 Gabriela Mistrel - now (HaR)GB

Finally got around to blending in the Ha with LRGB. Pretty happy with the result from the little ED80.

Nice one, Troy! Did you manage to do it with the HaRGBCombination script?

Nice colour Troy. I haven't played with the script . Will have to go looking. Anything that makes Ha/NB blends easier is a good thing.

Thanks mate. I worked through Vicent's method manually first to understand the background theory. Then tried the script. I'd like to read through the code to see how he achieved some of it. I think he's skipped some steps.

Thanks mate. Sure does. That's why I've been holding off to try to learn how to blend it nicely.

That's looking good Troy - is it a TMB or ED80 shot?

Very cool blend. I was reading your thread on HaRGB blend on PI forums after reading on Vincent's method. Do you have the link to the script? Wouldn't mind starting playing with blends as I have stacks of Ha.

Thanks mate. I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't had any replies there (apart from Rob). I think my post was a bit long with too many questions. Might re-post with less questions.

The script is in this thread:
http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=3446.0

And just a couple of days ago someone updated it because the original author can't spend much time on it at the moment:
