View of the Glasshouse Mountains

Visited the Outlaws up at Bribie Island during the Easter break. Wasn't the best lighting of the mountains and it didn't get any better. I did however manage to jag a pleasing combination of exposure and aperture (I was using an old screw threaded lens and Canon adapter).

Cheers

Fine effort Tony I was only there at Bribie Island myself on Saturday and took that very same picture, and as you, the weather was not that great.
well done mate.

Thanks Leon,

As a matter of fact, this image was taken on Saturday. When we got to the water I took a few snaps as it was and it really was a bit ordinary. I hoped that the Sun would illuminate the mountains under the brooding sky, but this was as good as it got.

I drove past Tibrogargan only 2 days ago. It's kinda sad that they just become part of the landscape after a while. As I was passing, I was thinking that I will definitely make a time lapse or some star trails that include at least one of them. And soon too.

A lovely photo Tony.
