Mars 17th Feb.

Seeing was nice for Mars but dropped away a bit for Saturn. In fact I can't find the Saturn image right now. Oh well.

AS!2 did a wonderful job stacking & aligning.

Very nice Asi, have been using Autostakkert 2 also for Mars and am pleased with it. Certainly some nice detail in this. Was interesting to see so many clouds in Wayne's latest image Asi, it was a different face of Mars to this though.

Well done
Regards
Trevor

Wow, more fantastic Mars images John! You sure have had some cooperative conditions recently. Thanks for posting.

Thanks guys. Yes Trevor, had a quick gander at that image in question before my internet went belly-up this morning. Funny how there is very little present on our side of the rotation. We'll start to image it soon though..

Thanks Ivan. Febuary is the month for my area for the good seeing yes. This new camera (DBK618) is a small miracle though, so it's not entirely all about the seeing like it once was with the old slow framerate camera's.

Excellent image Asimov. Agree that AS!2 is a great tool in our processing arsenal as evidenced by your efforts.
