BackyardEOS nor producing images - help

I am trying the above product and can not get the drift alignment to work. I set a long exposure and click the drift align button, the live view appears in grey as i expect it should and the timer starts but it does not take pictures or overlays them so that the star track can be seen. I also have no drift end button. The only button that is operating once i start is the abort button. I have also selected the video button that starts but produces nothing. I have searched the web and the support pages for detailed step by step but can find nothing can someone please assist me.

What is listed in the Camera Information Center? Top centre of the screen. I'm not sure you need to set an exposure time but if the Aperture, Focus or ISO is wrong you may not see an image drifting across the screen.

Peter, have you been able to make it work?

If not send me a PM and we'll work it out.
