Moon Pic

Kind of proud of this one. After my cloud mishap last night I found I had taken this one with my wee Fuji A80 Camera Afocal through the GSO 20mm SV EP on the 10" in a gap in the clouds. The original is very washed out with glare and this is a crop but with some massaging in Paint Shop Pro and a wee bit of sharpening I rescued this, the sole survivor. ( Reduced here from original ).

Now all I have to do is justify spending a gazillion $$ on the rest of the hardware ( the A80 only cost $100 with extra memory !! ).

Awesome Brent, glad you got an image out of it It looks really sharp near the terminator.
I was hoping to get out yesterday too but then came the clouds.

Thanks guys, I actually had the DSLR with a 300mm lens all set to go for some images on LMC,SMC region. An afocal with a cheap camera wasn't quite in the plan but beggars can't be choosers. And the weather forecast for rest of the week ain't so good either.

Scope with RDF, DSLR and Finder setup below.

Really nice Brent.
I love crescent shots of the moon.
Gives such depth to the topography.
