My first Sun

It was a nice sunny day yesterday so thought I would give this a go. Here is my first attempt at a solar image with basic equipment. Focus is a bit off, any tips on what to look for here?

Short of building an obs any tips on being able to see the laptop screen when outside in full sunlight?

My macbook is quite visible in full sunlight, but I ended up buying a solar observing hoodie anyway to improve my views at the eyepiece, and I find it works well enough for viewing dimmer laptop screens as well if they have small screen sizes.

About seeing the laptop: I guess you could build dark opaque shades on the 3 sides to go around, maybe turn up the brightness if you can, and get really close.

I made one of these shade boxes, but the storage box ended up cracking, I bought a recycling box to replace it and it was as suggested, must sturdier.
I find I don't use it as much since I bought the solar hoodie though, but it does work great when I do take it, and another box to pack stuff in at the end of the day is always useful.
I added some bulldog clips and a cloth to mine as well to screen off more light if required. That was with my old laptop, the newer one is bright enough not to need it.

Thanks all,

I think I have something suitable, just have to dig it out of the shed.
