Jupiter October 16th 2011
Hi All,
Imaged Jupiter this morning in mediocre seeing, have attached 1 RGB & 1 807nm IR image.
It is interesting that the best data was at the lowest alt for this session.
Thanks for looking.
Regards
Trevor

Bad seeing can't last forever Trevor!
A respectful image given your conditions.

Pity about this seeing but the IR survives very well.
John.

Interesting flicking between the two images to see which hi-lights what detail. Although the IR image shows a heap more fine detail, the colour version really adds contrast to some areas. Thanks Trevor. All the best.

Thanks to all for your comments. The seeing might be ordinary but it is nice to string together consecutive capture sessions.
Regards
Trevor
