full disk 27 Sept 2011

The seeing was not all that good yesterday but I just had to image the disk with AR1302. The active region is on center left and the AR1301 is on center right. Also around the limb there can be seen a few filaproms which are quite interesting.

While activity looks to be picking up, it is still down quite a lot to where it was in the last cycle.

Nice detail Paul good to get an Aussie version of the full disc as for the filaproms you've prompted me to have a better look at them through my scope to se if I can see them live.
