Telrad added pics and adjusted price

Hi,

I would like to try the Rigel Quickfinder and to do it, I have to sale my Telrad.

The film with the circles pattern came off (no wander as the glue pinpoints used to keep it in place were so little, the first time I removed a little bit of dust with a proper cloth), but I fixed with the old good Blue Tag. In my opinion it is way more resilient than before and it work perfectly.
Beside this detail It is in very good conditions I would say as new. Also, the base still have the sticky stripes as new, because I attached it to the tube by rubber belt (I didn't want to fix the base either by the adeshive or by the screws, till haven't finally decided where I wanted to set it up respect the focuser and the 8x50 Finder.

I will post pictures of my Telrad tomorrow.

I ask $50 (add $5 for standard postage, or $10 for express one, or welcome pick up)

I like the Telrad idea expecially the synergy with charts and software, using its targetting pattern as reference.
But I have to admit it is quite clumsy, at least when mounted on a reflector. It remains to close to the tube forcing uncomfortable positions for using it (expecially on reflector on equatorial mounts).
While this problem can be solved with little effort, the Rigel finder, as you can see in this pic doesn't present this problem, as clearly must have been one of the reasons they created it.
Like on the Telrad, user can tune the light intensity of the illuminated circled reticle on the Rigel, plus the 2 circles reticle (inner is 1/2dgr and outer is 2dgr) can be set to pulse, including tuning its frequency. The idea for this later feature is that a pulsing reticle will be less invasive while finding and aligning it on the target. I'm not sure if this feature really add further value to it, but it sounds interesting to me.

Cheers
