That's a nice improvement Nathan!
Try bumping up the Noise Filter parameter a little when you're using ST's Wipe module - it should get rid of the faint blueish halos in the left part of the image.
Also, make sure to crop out any stacking artifacts before feeding any image to ST, else its algorithms can't properly decide on what is 'real' background and what is artificial.
Judging from the stars, I'm guessing you don't have a coma corrector - you may want to try the Repair module (use the Redistribute algorithm for severe coma like this) to try and beat those stars back into shape!
