Windows 7 32 or 64 bit?

I am running Windows 7. How do I tell if it is 32 or 64 bit?

I wish to download Avistack and the downloads are different for 32 and 64 bit windows. I don't know which one to download.

  1. from the start button, open control panel
  2. then open system
  3. info should be there

You can also right click on My Computer and click Properties and all will be revealed
