Antares Spectrum

I'm still trying to improve the quality of the spectra that I can achieve from my L200 spectrograph. I have changed the camera to a ST8XME and this has given me a wider field.
Attached is an attempt at Antares in the region of Ha. Lots of lines are visible including the Na doublet.

That's a very detailed spectrum. The double line looks great!

Very nice result!
Have you had the chance to compare your spectrum with the reference from Richard Walkers Spectral Atlas?

No I haven't yet but will try. I have also taken a few nights images of delta Sco. The resolution isn't high enough compared to C Buils but it is a start.

Hi Terry,

Impressive. And cheaper than flying there to take a sample.
