Old Bino's ?

Hi All

I found these bino's at the local recycle center I paid $35 I looked through them and the optics seem perfect though they are very dirty. They have the number 11928 stamped on the back and they are Vesper Optics7x35 fieldmaster wide angle .10.1

I have done a google search with not very good results.
