Uranus F29 and some moons at F4.5

SPX350 F29, EQ6, Flea3, Astrodon filters.

As Uranus is nearby I though I would nip across and take a quick look seeing was 6/10 - time 11.30UT - 30.10.10.

Sensitivity of F3 clearly better than DMK, some breezy movement so had to use 17fps. No disc detail but I did not really expect any, never image uranus at this length before.

The night before I also had a go at F4.5 with 3fps to see if I could see 14th mag moons and I could so don't need long exposure as with the DMK because of the F3's increased sensitivity. Not sure which are the moons but I think I have 3 of them - time 11.53UT.

Regards, John.

Very nice work John the Flea 3 is doing well.
I had a bit of a look at the #1 image and I am no expert but there seems to be a darker area here. May be one of our more knowledgeable members could have a look.

My software shows 5 moons Oberon Ariel Miranda umbral and Titania. Oberon being the one way out on it's own then working back to the planet. One is missing.... Possibly the last given the alignment the rest seem about right.
