From what I understand is seems as though it is a old galaxy in a new section or visible part of the universe.

Could have started it's creation long time ago but did'nt move much in the expanding universe.

It looks like it deformed as well,. Does that mean the so called "Dark Matter" is no longer holding the galaxy together or just too many supernova's for dark matter to hold it together or none of the above

It is interesting to me like to know more.
