This is an SBIG ST-5c labelled as a Celestron Pixcel 255.
It's a cooled, mono parallel port camera requiring a PC to operate and may be used as a small-frame sensitive mono camera or as an excellent autoguider, which is what I have been using it for for several years.
It's in perfect working order and comes in a very tough Pelican hard case very similar to this one
