Adaptor for 1960's telescope for 1.25" eyepieces

Recently bought a Swift 831 77mm F1000 on eBay and wanting to use 1.25" eyepieces on this scope. Any recommendations for adapting a scope designed to accommodate 1" eyepieces to 1.25"? Regards, Andrew

me I'd stick with the originals they will be of a high quality that you wont be able to match in 1.25 without spending up, if you want to you'll have to search about for adapters on places like astromart or cloudy nights. I would advise against any modifications to a classic telescope that might reduce its value

edit: some nice adapters there but I was thinking of a screw on replacement type
