Near New Caravan

Hi Guys, as some of you may know Alice and I are heading off through this wonderful country of ours, so we are upgrading our Caravan, therefore this unit is up for sale.

The overall lenght is 23 feet, not including the draw bar, and it has an inside length of 17'6" it comes complete with everything one could want to have a comfortable trip or holiday.

It is about two years old, and has not seen much time on the road, due to commitments at home last year, but this is not an issue anymore.

Some of the features we had designed when it was custon made for us include:

Draws rather than cupuboards where possible.

The usual table and bench seats replaced with a full width bench and lower cupboards at the rear for computer work or other hobbies.

Two sets of double power points inside the rear cupboards rather than above the bench for computer or Lappy plug in's

Special 2" holes, on either side of the bench designed for leads and power supply from the lower power points in the cupboards.

Larger Fridge rather than the normal bar fridge.

Bed designed to run sideways for extra room.

3 Gas, and one Electric hot plates on stove with Griller facilities.

Split system air conditioner, with cold and hot controls.

DVD, and CD Player, Microwave, Flat Panel TV on wall mount, 4 Roof mounted speaker system, Tinted opening windows, Large outside awening, Tunnel boot for all the extras, Twin gas bottles, Two way lighting switches, Hand rail for us old people, Two way security door, plus many handy features to make that trip enjoyable.

The sale includes a Heyman Reese Hitch, valued at $550.00, One Swivel recliner chair, and One office chair, Plus Roadworthy Certificate.

I may have missed something so feel free to ask any questions.

We are offering this near new van for $31,500.00 tow away, or I will even tow it to your place within a reasonable distance.

Anyway have a look and see what you think, and as I said, ask away.

Thanks for Looking.
