M45 at wide angle

Here is M45 taken with Canon 20D Canon 300mm F2.8L.Five exposures stacked with Registar each 190sec at an ISO of 1600 at F2.8,in camera noise reduction on.Hutech LPR filter.Quick tweak in Photoshop.Moon still up,but its better than a picture of a cloud.

Great effort Bert, i tried to get this target this morning, i took 3 180 second exposures, and can't see any nebulosity at all.

I will have another go today, your pic has given me inspiration

Tweaked the RGB levels in Photoshop. This is the advantage of shooting at F2.8, nebulosity is eight times brighter than at F8.
The only relationship that is worth pursuing at all times is increased signal to noise.
