Celestron 8" SCT (Skywatcher brand)

Skywatcher 8" Schmidt Cassegrain OTA with XLT coatings, same as Celestron C8, with 1.25" eyepiece adapter, 1.25" mirror diagonal, finderscope mount and holder (but no finderscope) and Bobs Knobs.

Very nice optics, minimal mirror shift (much better than Meades I've owned) and condition is as new apart from a tiny bit of dust on the corrector.

Price $900 + post.

It has a standard sct thread on the rear of the ota onto which you screw a 2" or 1.25" visual back; the exit aperture from the ota is between 37 to 38mm (1.5 inch).

added more pictures - there is also a handle that bolts onto the rear of the ota which I removed as it interfered with my current mounting set-up. It easily bolts back on and is included.
