Raindrop macros

Hi all,

With all the rain we've been getting in Brisbane recently, I thought I'd have a go at some raindrops with my macro lens. Here's a couple of the better ones. Hope you like them!

Cheers,
Stephen

Some nice refractions there. Not many bugs around for us with all this rain.

Great shots! Pic a flower of small to medium size and hold it behind the drops. If you get the right angle, all the drops should have a perfect flower in them. Depending on your DoF you may not get all the flowers in the drops in focus, stacking is normally necessary for full DoF.

Thanks very much for the comments everyone! I wasn't entirely happy with these shots and almost didn't bother posting them, so thanks for the feedback.

I'll give that a try Mitchell.
