Another lovely image. This one showing some H alpha areas too.

Not sure what you mean by a long way to go, seems to me you have arrived.

Thanks for the kind comments Greg. What I've learned in the past couple of months makes me feel certain that I've got a lot more to learn.

A significant factor has been the purchase of some of Adam Blocks tutorials which have been very educational. That and the acquisition of the ST8XME and stopping myself from fiddling with the equipment has also helped.

Getting the right software and getting it to work properly has consumed a large amount of time (and money) and I think I've got that part right.

Now if I can automate the closing of the roof (with some expert help from Bert) I will at last be able to sleep through it all.
