Should a Load Show on Ups Whilst On AC ?
hi all
just as the title suggests, should load show on my UPS whilst my pc and monitor is hooked up and on Ac ?
the load runs between 32% And 43%
the battery shows full
tried google no luck and the manual is in chinglish
not very helpful

John,
Unless your UPS has an 'AC bypass', it will always use the UPS battery for power & be constantly re-charged from the AC. So in this case, if it is what you have, yes it would always show a load.

looks lik it has no bypass turned UPS off and Puter Turned off

John,
Did you turn the UPS off at the wall outlet??? or on the actual unit??
If off at the wall outlet, that would simulate a power outage, & therefore the UPS should provide on-going power. If only for a short period. (15mins)
If off at the unit, then you have turned off the actual unit & no power will be supplied to anything.

hi
i tried both, turned off UPS Ooops All Dead
Pulled Ac Out of UPS all still Worked

ps still cant install the sofware
