Well Ian, most drivers on our roads are pretty stupid I hate to tell you. We wonder why we have some many road fatalities (a higher per capita amount than any other country I believe) - it isn't the roads, nor the cars, it's the *drivers*. Dumb drivers make dumb decisions, which lead to dumb mistakes, which leads to road deaths.

I had a similar experience in summer 2000 in Port Hedland, I simply pulled over , and stopped the engine , and waited for it pass.
