A team of consultants we do work with entered the
Brisbane to Gold Coast Cycle Challenge on Sunday. I immediately put my hand up to enter, as did 2 others from our office, in the interests of good relations between our companies.
But I'm not too bright. I don't own a bike and haven't ridden one for some 15 years. I borrowed one the weekend before the race, did no training, and am not the fittest bloke you've ever seen.
But we finished! I'm pretty sore today, as are the others. Had a ball, despite the pain. Here's our ugly mugs...
