[SOLD] SBIG ST10XEi

Hi everyone...

Due to some recent personal issues, I am sadly forced to sell my astronomy gear to help a family member out of a tight situation...

Sad as I am to see it go, For sale is my SBIG ST10XEi.

Package includes Camera, 2" noise piece, power pack, USB lead and 5M extension lead, 2 standard desiccant plugs, 1 dummy plug and 1 refillable dessicant plug from Particle Wave Technologies... I will also throw in about 10 desiccant refills for this plug. Comes with no software, however CCDOps is available for free from SBIG's website... I may as well throw in the 2" Lumicon Ha filter as well...

being the XEi version, this camera has the KAF-3200E sensor, and no internal guide chip.. It does have the bi-directional I2C port for use of the newer CFW9/CFW10 filter wheels..

I've used the camera once since I bought it and it blew me away! it is much more sensitive than any camera I've used previously...

Price: $3600 - plus postage costs.

If bought with my EQ6 and RC there will be a discount available...

Sorry to hear of your problems. You say the ST10XEi has a guide chip (second
chip) I thought it did not ? I am interested in making an offer, can say $3K now,

Camera still for sale.. Would consider a trading for a QHY8 + cash adjustment... Just throwing it out there incase anyone is looking to go the mono route...
