Hi all,

I had been having problems with my laptop not recognising the DVD drive. I came across, www.JustAnswerExperts.com and the steps they got me to go through were very well explained, and the replies to my questions were within 5 minutes each time. It cost me $29.00 Australian, but if I had taken my laptop to the local technician, I would have been spending a lot more.

Has anyone else used the services of these people?

I am very happy with them, and just wanted to advertise that.

actually of friend of mine has an online computer service- its pretty cool how he corrects my constant mess i make- i can just sit here and him control my comp!
