Is it just me?

Hi

Is it just me, or have others had problems getting on to Ice in space lately? Over the last couple of days (including today) I have been getting "unable to display this page" messages.

cheers

What concerns me the most is that we actualy get concerned when Iceinspace has any server issues....lol.

Mike must have the forums under some kind of spell....where all addicts now.

There have been 2 outages that I know of - 1 today (fairly short) and 1 on Thursday for about 5 hours.

The outage today was to do with the Tier 1 providers that provide the network the box is hosted on, and the other day was due to a server panic, it needed a reboot.

So both were outside of my control, sorry for the inconvenience.

In the next week or so, we'll be moving to another server which should be faster and more reliable.

Thanks for the explanation Mike.

I know Itchy and Kearn were under the hypnotic spell of Ken who made both of them pull the plug on the server . Mike was held captive at Bintel headquarters under guard of GS eyepieces and couldn't rescue the servers. DaveP meantime was planning to take over the world from The Apple Isle, but realising the futility of it all decided to watch the clouds on TV instead. Meantime, Ving secretly unleashed the power of astrobell , who once off her leash ran to greener pastures .

Basically we all go crazy without access

Sheeesh! I didn't do anything. Mike just proved it!!!!

It wasn't because I was playing with a Pulse Neutron generator plugged into my pooter to try and boost the speed of the IIS site. The instructions said it is impossible for the device to pass beyond the PC and enter the Internet.

See, so it wasn't me.

It was Houghy! That's why he is trying to blame everyone else!!!!

* . . pay attention . . *

OK everyone, look into my eyes again. Go over to the wall and bang your head against it. Then sit back down and explain how that felt.

Then go back to clucking like a chicken.
