As I read the article it says the damage is valued at 600 pounds not 600k pounds. It says down the bottom the 600k previously quoted was an error. But maybe that correction only appeared after you read the link Peter !

If you google crop circles, they have been exposed as a hoax. But I still can't see how mere mortals get these things laid out so precisely and with such great detail without it taking them forever. And as I understand it, don't these things normally appear overnight! How do they do it???

If you look at the larger size image there's another 'something' in the upper left hand corner.

Those naughty intergalactic visitors!!

I can only see a corner, not sure what you're referring to there, Kerrie. But is a spectacular pattern! Nice work.

If you enlarge the image Jacquie you can see a little more of the field.

There is something there, but it looks to me like a tractor has left tracks manouvering/reversing etc.

Yes, but I can't see what is special or 'naughty' about it. I just see a corner around a fenceline. I don't see any reversing tractor marks, or the like. Can someone be more specific about what I'm supposed to be looking at?

It's just a bit more flattened crop.
Nothing lewd or anything. Sorry to disappoint.

If I was the farmer I'd be pretty ropable about these clowns damaging my crops.
