interesting videos

I've been watching a documentary series called "The Universe". Some very interesting and educational things on it, although dumbed down a little for TV audiences.
One of the Astronomers who frequently spoke throughout the series is a guy called Alex Filipenko who is a Professor at the University of California @ Berkely.
Whilst checking out the prof's credentials etc. I came across a link to his Astronomy course he teaches at UCB. He films all his lectures and puts them up on the web for his students to review later but anybody can watch them.
Theses lectures are probably not for everyone but the basics of Astronomy are taught here and I find it all very interesting.
Filipenko is very enthusiastic about the subject and this makes the lectures quite enjoyable

These lectures are from 2005.
