Meade 12" LX200 GPS for sale
I need to dispose of my observatory.

It's has 12" Meade LX200 GPS. Includes all the usual accessories, Field tripod etc. Original packing.


Also included is a computer. Broken consigned to the garbage

The scope is in good order and has lived in my observatory for six years, it's a bit dusty, but the glass is clean.

This is a good scope, no problems excellent gotos. keypad could do with a clean up.

In fact the whole observatory is available if you can disassemble and remove

I have no idea about freight costs and it would need to be crated in some way. I doesn't weigh much but even stripped down it is pretty bulky. I have carried the parts in a 7 x 4 trailer but there was some overhang. I could deliver it within 100Kms but Bundy is too far for me these days 40 years ago I used to drive regularly to Maryborough.

It came originally from Peninsular fibre glass on a pallet but I no longer have the pallet.

OK mate...any chance of pictures.....we are looking for one for our society...same old story,not a lot of money,so have to look at it from every angle.....within a few hundred klms from here would have been no problems but its a long way to go for it....would have to be the right price for us to pick it up.....please e-mail me for negotiation if you are interested macsen2@yahoo.com regards Mac

barry i purchased this scope from astro, at the moment it is piggy back on my 6 inch meade. mount is packed away. if you are interested i could make contact with you as i am only about 15 mins away at mcgraths hill regard john guy
