Web browsing monitor

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a free program that I can install on PC's or across a LAN to monitor internet usage

Trevor, are you looking to monitor total traffic or which sites a user visits?
If monitoring bandwidth used, I can suggest PRTG Network Monitor.
It will take a small bit of configuring, and maybe a setting change on your router to enable SNMP.
