Globular NGC 6388

Had good seeing despite a strongish breeze that the house protected the scope from in the backyard, so got this rather condensed globular.

9x5 mins ISO200 uv/ir filter, mpcc coma corrector, modded 350D on 10 inch f5.6 newtonian. Off axis hand guided with q guider cam.

Did 5 rather then 10 min. subs to avoit overexposing the core too much.

A great capture Scott, the widefield view really sets it off.

Have to agree Scott, you have done well with this one, yea, and tell me about the wind last night it was a shocker down here as well.

Couldn't even keep it guiding, tried for a couple of hours and gave up.

Great work getting anything that sharp with the wind. I didn't even set up that night. And the yellow is what I would expect from a glob.
