Orion

Here are two images of the constellation Orion capture on the 9th of May.

The first image has a plane flying through the FOV aswell as the Crescent Moon on the LHS.

Canon 450D with standard 18-55mm lens on a tripod. Minimal processing in PS.

Thanks for looking.

First light for my 400D was Orion, tripod, with standard 18-55mm. Only difference was mine was taken from the coast of California in the US. They look amazingly similar.

I find the photos with jets passing through the FOV fascinating.

Thanks Kirkus,

Imaging constellations is a great way to get into astrophotography.

Yep, it sure does.

I think I could've gotten away with the ISS.
