Had a good morning.
Here is probabley the best of it, but i do have 15 runs over 1.25 hours.
The second image is the last of the gifs (i am working backwards) with a nice IO

Hi DP, that's a Jupiter to be proud of! fabulous detail, perfect colouration (to my taste anyway) and my favourite view.

BTW what scope you using these days, still the 10in Newt?

thanks Rob,
i actually have Birds old 10" f6 with a top mirror. I have adapted to fit on my dob base. It is a realy beauty.

I do not think i have captured the detail Bird got earlier this year when you could see the darker polar areas.
I am doing lots of reprocessing on this one and will see if i can extract any more detail on IO
