Hi Guys,

Took this last week as it rises in the morning . Great area to image if you guys have a chance give it a go!.

10 x 7 minutes exposure at ISO 400.

Wow, I suspect in a non-modified camera that one would be very dim.

Wow...that is a beautiful image Eric! very impressive!
I have done a 200mm widefield shot of this but didn`t get a chance last year...its on that list again

Great looking image Eric, reminds me of a dust storm rolling over a hill.

Lovely depth and colour as well.

Great image Eric. The glow of the hidden cluster is quite pronounced. This is a special area of the sky which I enjoy imaging due to the different colours presented. Well done.

Now would that make a good Christmas card or what?? ..if I were a wise man from the Orient I'd follow that bright star above the red nebulous curtain for sure

Another vibrant vista Eric, DSLR or not, you're doing some nice work.

Thanks, it will be relatively dim unless if you raise the red channel

Thanks Gary same as me! i took this region last year but only caught a few frames so i gave it another go this year.
