All details are on the bottom of the image. All images taken with the new Tak FS102 and a Canon 40D.

Great images Doug. I like the Eta Carinae and the Omega Cen.

Thanks for the comments. I think I will have to take some longer subs and possibly more of them.. This session was a little rushed as good weather has been hard to find since buying the Tak.

nice one hagar. did you took all these objects in 1 night? heaps of details with the eta shot consider that you have an unmodded cam.

Nice collection Doug. The 40D and Tak seem a good combination.

Your Eta is very good considering just 4 x 2min exposures at ISO 1600

Looks like you had a fun night Doug!
Like B&D mention it should make a nice combination for some lovely widefield shots! You could possibly be able to push some more data out of some of these especially the formax cluster shot but nice results for the amount of subs.
