Afocal image of Jupiter/Venus conjunction

Hi all,

No one else has posted an afocal shot of the conjuction, so I thought I might as well. It's a poor quality image as far as planetary detail goes, but at least it demonstrates that both planets were indeed visible in a low power telescope FOV!

Image taken using a hand-held Kodak DX6340 camera, through a 130 mm Newtonian with 20 mm ep (50x mag), on 1st Feb at about 4:40 am.

Did anyone else observe the conjunction through a telescope?

Cheers,
Stephen
