Anyone else "working" December 24th?
Just curious how many people are at work today?
I am, but I'd be hard pressed to say I was working very hard...
Traffic was nice coming to the office and things are pretty quiet so I have been able to get a few things off my desk...still, I think I would rather be someplace else instead of here righ tnow.
With luck, I will finish up enough soon to head on home...
Happy Holidays All!

Finished work at around 11pm last night. A couple of drinks with my staff, in bed by 11:45(v cloudy) forgot to set alarm at work - back to work @ 12:30am, kids woke me up at 5:30am. Feels like I haven't finished work yet!
It'll start to sink in later today that I'm actually on hols(I hope).
Merry Christmas everyone, especially those in hospitality who won't get a break.
Cheers

I start my shift at 3pm and will work until 11pm tonight, same again Christmas Day, same again Boxing Day.
I'm hoping Christmas and Boxing Days will be quiet but in our industry today (tonight rather) could be very busy. Time will tell.
I'm fortunate in a way though because the last 2 years I've worked from 11pm New Years Eve through to 7am New Years Day, at least this year I have them both off!

"working", thankfully my office is at home and I'm not currently overseas on a project. I've been told to cover another employee who has a few weeks off, I told my boss where he could put that idea.

Well I was working today ( 24th ) , but I have now finished for 2 days.
Back on Thursday unfortunately....Well I gotta pay the bills you know.
I am also on Surflifesaving duty tomorrow ( Christmas Day ).
They always need Volunteers for Christmas day, and its usually a bit of fun if its not to busy with rescues etc. Should be fun.
Might see ya at the Avoca........
Merry Christmas to all....

Just calling in during a Hot Chocolate break
As you can probably imagine, I am very very busy tonight and tomorrow. I have to get completely around the globe. I am in New Zealand at the moment enjoying this 10 minute Hot Chocolate break, I managed to get a few minutes ahead.
Once I am finished, I'll be taking a few days off before I start production ready for next Christmas.
Merry Christmas to all
Oops, I better go, lots to do

I'm working. This is my busy time of year. While Christmas Day itself is usually quiet I normally get two or three 'phone calls seeking help. Over the last 10 to 15 years I've had a couple of Christmas Days free of interruptions. I hope this is another one. To be honest, as we are having our family get together tomorrow, I'd rather it be quiet then. Fat chance.
All the best to you lot, working or otherwise.
