Ho, Ho, Ho,……. Have a lovely Christmas everyone!!!!

Thought I might enlighten you on how one of our favourite Christmas traditions began.

When four of Santa's elves got sick, and the trainee elves did not produce the toys as fast as the regular ones, Santa was beginning to feel the pressure of being behind schedule.
Then Mrs. Claus told Santa that her Mom was coming to visit. Thisstressed Santa even more.

When he went to harness the reindeer, he found that three of them were about to give birth and two had jumped the fence and were out, heaven knows where. More stress.

Then when he began to load the sleigh one of the boards cracked, and thetoy bag fell to the ground and scattered the toys

So, frustrated, Santa went into the house for a cup of apple cider and ashot of rum. When he went to the cupboard he discovered that the elveshad hidden the liquor, and there was nothing to drink. In hisfrustration he accidentally dropped the cider pot, and it broke intohundreds of little pieces all over the kitchen floor.

He went to get thebroom and found that mice had eaten the straw end of the broom.
Just then the doorbell rang, and irritable Santa trudged to the door.
He opened the door and there was a little angel with a great bigChristmas tree. The angel said very cheerfully,

"Merry Christmas, Santa.Isn't it a lovely day? I have a beautiful tree for you. Where would youlike me to stick it?"

And so began the tradition of the little angel on top of the ChristmasTree.

Have a safe and happy Christmas and a great New Year.

Oh, Oh Oh

Hey everyone, the word "Ho" is now politically incorrect and must now never be utterred again. Recently, one person complained about Santa shouting "Ho,Ho,Ho" which had the said Santa sacked. Seems the word "ho" is rapper slang for "hooker" or prostitute(I must say, even an ignoramus like myself knew this one.) I heard this one from one of my staff, then found the article in a recent Good Weekend for those who do not believe me (or Santa for that matter.) Do note that the Sydney town hall has no Christmas decorations - seems they are afraid that some muslim might complain! So do have a very merry Christmas ................ if you dare!

Santa has first dibs on "ho ho ho", he's been around longer than any American rapper slang.

Cheers
