300D megamod update 2

Well, things have progessed enormously ;-).

I purchased 2 PC VGA chip water cooling modules (much more efficient than the home made copper tube cooling plate). Now I have 2 dual stack peltiers on EACH side of the cooling finger, total four at 350w total. The galvanised iron cooling plate has been replaced with a copper plate, much more thermally efficient (actually a 3/4 in copper tube belted flat). At 26 deg ambient, I have 0 deg at the finger base and 2 deg into the cam (with iced water cooling). This is at 26 deg ambient, so winter 16 deg amb should mean -5 deg finger temp at least). The supply is 13.8v , so at the peltier rated 15v, I should get -5 deg finger temp at the present 26 deg amb.

Nearly there ;-) and thanks to the guys at the MMS/AATU group for invaluable input.
