Notebook RAM, DDR, 2 by 256mb

I have 2 of these, different brands:

1 x IBM, PC2100, DDR
1 x Samsung, PC2700, DDR

Worked fine in my IBM T40 but i needed more RAM so replaced these modules with 2 by 512mb.

Photo's attached.

These "name brand" 256mb modules retail new for $50 - $70 in AU. I'll sell these for $30 ea, or $50 for the 2.

Standard postage within AU is included in the price. Extra for OS, express or registered, etc.

These modules are around 3 years old and come in plastic protectors from my new RAM modules.

For anyone who doesnt know, this http://www.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf is the cheapest pc hardware store in sydney and they are selling DDR 256mb modules for 35 bucks. Mine are cheaper because they are used (and they include postage ). DDR is more expensive than DDR2 because there is not so much manufactured anymore.

Thanks for looking
Paul
