Glob-1 is the NGC-6752 in Pavo mag 5.4.The other glob is Tuc- 47 in Tuicana.the M-42 Orion Nebula in Orion constellation.I shot these last saturday night the 27/10/ 2007.I think it was a bit after full moon.I used the GSTAR CCD Camera with Star diagonal attachedto ED80mm Scope.Set at MAX 128x the camera works at 1 frame every 2.56 seconds.it record's in AVI I use a Belkin DVD creater to change the signal from analoge to digital it plugs into my USB-2 connection on my computer. You don't need accurate Polar Alignment to do deepsky work.To image on the computer I Tried VirtualDub -windows movie maker -Pc cam software. the all work quite well.Steve Quirk and jjjnettie have helped me with Registax and Deepsky Stacker. and Virtual Dub.I am on the start of a big learning Curve.with imaging and Stacking Software.Glob-1 was 193 frames stacked in Deep Sky Stacker.Tuc-47 was about 206 frames stacked in Deep sky Stacker. When I imaged the M-42 I used a Nebula filter an Astronomik UHC filter I don't no if it is ment for use with CCD camera .I originally got it for Visual use.It got rid of the light pollution and a lot of the full moon Glow.It was stacked in Deepsky Stacker as well.If you ran them through photoshop you could do heaps more with them .reguard's Tony
