It's $3million for a lease until 2021.
For that money, I'd want to OWN it and be lord and master (and write my own laws)

Nice as it is the drawback is there is no place to hide when ya forget an anniversary cuz you were out all night star gazeing

That's why there is there caretakers house away from the main house.
Of course that where the observatory has to go.
