Perfect, I've already picked out the spot for the observatory
And Tattslotto is 4 million on Saturday night, should work out perfectly

It's $3million for a lease until 2021.
For that money, I'd want to OWN it and be lord and master (and write my own laws)
$4 million from Lotto would still leave enough left over for quite a nice telescope ...

If all the IIS memebers put in $1200, we've got the island. Looks like there's a bit of hill to cope with rising sea levels.

That's why there is there caretakers house away from the main house.
Of course that where the observatory has to go.
