If you don't launch rockets what use could it possibly be? I have seen all sorts of exquisetly engineered Cold War optical gear go through Ebay over the years and I never seen one sell.

I just hope he got it for free and didn't take out a loan to get it. He probably bought it for 10 or 20 grand and is hoping to sell it for the Department of Defense replacement cost. Good Luck buddy.
