Not the Bubble Palette

NGC7635 The Bubble Nebula mapped to the classic Hubble palette. Imaged with The 16in ODK, imaged from Spain. This is the second test image since I installed Player One Poseidon Mono camera. Exposure times were 120x 60s in Ha 300x 60s in O3 and 230x 60s in S2.

Thank you for looking

A great image of the bubble Peter but
there is heaps of data hidden in the darker areas
that could be revealed by more aggressive stretching.

cheers

Peter,
Tremendous image
I love the contrast between the light structures and dark dust region to expose a well resolved bubble in the middle.
Great to see some northern objects too

Cheers

You are absolutely right Allen, I had a bit of a dilemma how I approached the process. I found there is quite a bit of OIII signal in the core but surprisingly the outer regions are lacking. I can see tantalising hints disappearing into the noise. I was expecting to see more OIII surrounding it. When I push the blue channel its starting to show evidence of banding. So I am continuing to collect data hoping to get enough to do a second rendition and perhaps show detail not usually seen.
