Climbing back in the saddle….

After almost 12 months away (due to family health issues) and a move to Junortoun I finally got the MiniSHG and the NEQ6 reassembled and set up.
OK, lots of tuning and cable issues etc etc. but managed to get some CaK images which showed an enormous prom!!
The bright areas in the CaK images were well over exposed with the usual gain setting I used and I ended up down around gain 45 (in FireCapture) to get an acceptable image.
Felt like HDR settings were needed…..
I’ll process the images tomorrow .
