Thumbs up Heads Up! - Nice Joop session approaching

All the usual indicators point to a nice few nights coming up, particularly for planetary imagers.

Let's just hope the cloud stays away

There's a very nice Jupiter 'moment' coming up, early on Tuesday morning.

See the attached AstroCalc screen shot for details

Well...it wasn't a heads up for the entire continent, DP

Just a heads up for folks in this general part of the world.

People always have to check for their own respective locations whether the conditions are likely to play fair.

Fingers crossed someone on the East coast will get something good

Metcheck.com looks promising for everyone in the south-east, providing the clouds stay away.

Folks... (even you crazy kids in Sydney and north of there)... be brave.

Set up... and cross your fingers

Nth Queenslanders may have a bit of a struggle, though.

Yeah. It's pretty rough.

Swings and roundabouts, though, DP.

This time last year Canberra was parked permanently under the jet.

It will move soon enough...hopefully.

Let's hope they get some really nice stuff really soon

Hi Guys

I'm just stoked that you guys are producing these world beating images. It doesn't really matter that this year in Brissie we are taking a back seat (apart from Zac). I'm really amazed and inspired by what you guys from down South are producing. Top stuff chaps!

Cheers

Dennis

PS – Thanks for those kind thoughts anyhow, they are much appreciated.

Looks like today and tomorrow are the only times things will be clear here. Then the rest of the week, partly cloudy, cloudy, and rain.
